SCSU tied for first place after day one at NCAA Regional

The #1 St. Cloud State University wrestling team opened competiton at the 2015 NCAA Division II Super 3 Regional on Saturday, Feb. 28. The two-day tournament at Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn. will conclude with the championship matches on Sunday, March 1.

The Huskies and Maryville are tied for first place in the team standings at the end of day one. SCSU has all 10 of its wrestlers still wrestling and seven of those wrestlers have advances to the tournament semifinals in the winners’ bracket.
