Angle Wants to Wrestle More, Sky Shuts Down a Troll, Dain/Dar ICW

During last week’s episode of Raw, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle competed in a match against Drew McIntyre. Although Angle did not win the match, fans remain hopeful that Angle no longer working as the Raw General Manager will allow him to wrestle more regularly. During a recent Q&A on his official Facebook account, Angle noted that he also hopes that he will start competing more often now. Given the tremendous amount of talent on both the Raw and SmackDown rosters right now, Angle has no shortage of opponents to work with. There is no denying that Kurt Angle has already had a fantastic career in pro wrestling, but it now certainly looks like the Olympic athlete has no plans to retire any time soon.
“I do want to wrestle more. I just started wrestling again so it’s going
to take a few matches before I get the kinks out, especially being
older now. I’m hoping I get a little bit more consistent wrestling in
the future. Either way, I love contributing. We will see.”
Angle mentioned.
Former Impact Wrestling competitor Velvet Sky decided to retire from the ring only one year ago, but she still comments on stories and moments from the industry. The former Knockouts Champion took the time to tweet out her appreciation for a classic D-Generation X segment from the 1990s, but a troll on Twitter sent a response implying that she was only talking about the WWE segment in order to get signed by the company. Velvet sharply replied that she is not looking to get hired by WWE and that she is simply commenting on a wrestling segment that she happens to enjoy.  Sky’s boyfriend, WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley, posted a tweet of his own in reference to the message that Velvet Sky sent out.

Vince’s reaction was the best part of this. ??????

As reported yesterday, Insane Championship Wrestling had been teasing the arrival of a mystery WWE Superstar for their show last night in Glasgow, Scotland. None other than SmackDown Superstar and former ICW competitor Killian Dain made an appearance during the event. Right after wrestling on a SmackDown show in Glasgow earlier that day, the SAnitY member returned to ICW and defeated Mikey Whiplash. Killian Dain is not the only surprise that the UK promotion had on Sunday though as it was also confirmed that 205 Live’s Noam Dar will be coming back to ICW for one night to team up with Wolfgang and BT Gunn to take on British Strong Style in a six-man tag team match on December 2nd.
