– WWE personality Booker T was in attendance at the Bellator MMA fight card in his hometown.

Booker met up with Kurt Angle prior to the fight card. Booker was then shown down at ringside with Sharmell during the TV broadcast.

The Houston Chronicle’s write-up on the Bellator event included a note about Booker’s reaction to the semi-main event of Kimbo Slice vs. Dada 5000.

– WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson was in attendance and joined commentary during the second hour of the broadcast.

– Former WWE IC champion Ken Shamrock, 52, lost to Royce Gracie, 49, in the main event of the fight card. Shamrock’s fight introduction included a note that he fought The Rock at WrestleMania, which was WM14.

– Bellator announced that former TNA roster member King Mo’s next fight will be May 14 in San Jose, California. King Mo is scheduled to fight Phil Davis in a Light Heavyweight division fight.
