Huge AEW TV News, Rousey Calls Out Vince, Rush Leaving 205 Live?

All Elite Wrestling is aiming to “change the world” when they have their first ever show this May. The event is called Double or Nothing, and although fans are looking forward to checking it out, there has still be no confirmation of a TV deal for the promotion. Yesterday, WrestleTalk posted a report featuring the schedule of shows for AEW for the next few months. According to that report, Double or Nothing will take place on May 25th as planned. From there, a new AEW event will be held every single month until September of this year. Their weekly TV show is currently set to being in October, but there is still no word on what network will host the show and so fourth at the moment. Hopefully, more details will be provided soon.
During last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Vince McMahon feared what fans been dreading for weeks: take Becky Lynch out of the planned WrestleMania 35 main event against Ronda Rousey and replace her with Charlotte Flair. Fans have reacted negatively to the news so far, and even Rousey herself has taken issue with the decision and has gone as far as to call out WWE’s Chairman on social media. Rousey says that McMahon “robbed” the Women’s Evolution last night, and pointed out that the last match between herself and Flair didn’t even headline Survivor Series last November. With the growing demand from fans and Rousey for a change from Vince, perhaps Becky Lynch will find her way in the match sooner rather than later.

?This isn’t what’s best for business. This isn’t what’s in demand. I have no idea what the hell this is. Vince McMahon doesn’t even believe in his own girl @charlottewwe – If he didn’t make us the main event of #SurvivorSeries he’s sure as hell not making us the main event of #WrestleMania. The #WomensEvolution was robbed tonight. For a recap of Raw check the link in my bio

When Lio Rush was called up to the main roster from NXT last year, he was set to compete in the cruiserweight division on 205 Live. Rush has been doing just that for months now, but he’s also been making a name for himself as Bobby Lashley’s hype man on Raw lately. “The Man of the Hour” has just indicated that Monday nights will soon be his permanent home. Rush posted a tweet online earlier today ominously stating that “Lio5 Live” is no more, meaning that he may be leaving the show very soon. Mustafa Ali was promoted to from 205 Live to the SmackDown roster not too long ago as well. Rush has been wrestling on Raw more often lately and he is set to team up with Lashley in a 2-on-1 handicap match against Finn Balor at Elimination Chamber this Sunday.
