The coach will leave the Parc des Princes in the summer but believes the club have to be patient in order to reach their ultimate goal
Paris Saint-Germain coach Unai Emery has claimed that the Champions League is Real Madrid’s “girlfriend” and must be “seduced” away from the Spaniards.
Emery will leave PSG in the summer due to his failure to improve the club’s fortunes in Europe . He has claimed four of the five major honours decided in France since he arrived, but two last-16 exits on the big stage have seen him forced out of his post at Parc des Princes.
The Spaniard’s side were eliminated by defending champions Madrid from the competition this season, despite huge investment in the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, and he says the club will have to be patient to reach such heights.
