Eyes On Polls, BJP Offers Naga Christians ‘Free Trip To Jerusalem’ If They Vote For The Party

The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) which is campaigning hard to win over the majority Christians in the Northeastern state of Nagaland has made an offer to the community that has left many baffled.

The party is offering Christians free trips to the holy land of Jerusalem if elected to power in the state.

“The BJP has made an election promise to send Christians to Jerusalem on a free trip, if elected to power in Nagaland,” a local news outlet WeTheNagas, tweeted.
