Forest Officer Crushed By Elephant While He Was Doing Inspection On World Wildlife Day

On World Wildlife Day, various speeches are made about conserving wildlife and sustaining natural habitat of animals. However, even for those who have been working towards animal rights and their conservation, it is difficult to predict the behaviour of animals.

Sometimes, their unpredictable behaviour can be fatal. Something like this unfortunately happened in Karnataka when a wild elephant on Saturday attacked and killed a senior Indian Forest Service Officer in a thickly forested area in Karnataka’s Nagarahole Tiger Reserve, officials told PTI.
