UP Man Assaulted Tongue Chopped Off For Demanding Repayment Of Rs 30,000 He Had Lent

A man in Amroha Uttar Pradesh allegedly lost his tongue after a dispute over an outstanding debt. Police said Brajpal Singh had loaned Rs 30,000 to a man called Chatar Singh and was insisting that the money be repaid.
