Thai Cave Boys Recovering Well In Hospital, To Be Discharged Next Week

The world watched a harrowing ordeal of the 12 Thai boys and their soccer coach as they were being rescued from a flooded cave in Thailand.The boys were admitted to a nearby hospital and were kept closely monitored and quarantined by doctors. The 13 are recovering well from their traumatic experience and will be discharged from hospital next week, health minister Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn said on Saturday.

The last of the 12-member “Wild Boars” soccer team and their coach were brought out of the Tham Luang cave, near the border with Myanmar, on Tuesday night, safely ending a perilous rescue and evoking international relief and joy.
