India carried out a ‘non-military’, ‘pre-emptive’ strike in wee hours of February 26 targeting major Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camps in Balakot, PoK, Indian Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale said on Tuesday while addressing a media briefing.

PTI reported that hundreds of fidayeen and their trainers had been shifted from Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir to a five-star resort style camp in hilltop forest in Balakot after the Pulwama attack which made them a “sitting duck target” for the Indian Air Force.
