Chinese side Shanghai SIPG dismiss Thiago Silva links

A move for the PSG defender has been ruled out by the CSL outfit, who already have their allotted amount of foreign players

Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG have no interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva during the January transfer window.
